Exchanges & Returns



The return of any product purchased through is governed by the following policies:

*Exchanges or returns do not apply for products on sale*

1. The customer has a period of three calendar days for the footwear to request the return of the product, taken into account from the delivery date.

2. The product must be complete, in perfect condition for sale, with original accessories (if applicable) and original box. If not, we cannot ensure that the change will be made.

3. In order to make the return, an email must be sent to with the following information:

  • Full name of the customer who registered the purchase
  • Cell phone number
  • Order number, product name and size
  • Date when the purchase was made
  • Reason for returning the product

4. You must wait for email confirmation to begin the return process, which will arrive in no more than two business days. Depending on the destination:

Included in the confirmation is a pre-paid guide for returning the product. The return guide expires 5 days after being generated, if it is not sent within that period the return process will be canceled and the return will no longer be accepted.

Returns are not accepted for products on sale due to defects. In the event that the shipping has been free (no cost) or a discount has been applied (both on the product and on shipping), the customer must pay for the return of the shoe to the address that will be indicated by email. Once the return is accepted and the shipping information is provided, you have 3 days to send the shoes. If it is not sent within that period, the return process will be canceled and the return will no longer be accepted.

5. Damali will be waiting to physically receive the returned product to prove that it meets the return specifications:

  • That the product has not been used, since Damali cannot be responsible for the use given to the product.
  • That the product is in good condition.
  • That the product matches the details of the Purchase Order.

6. Once the return has been confirmed, product changes can be made as follows:

  • Partial return: change in size, model or color within the same model, a direct return is processed (subject to availability).
  • Full refund: the amount of the product from the original purchase will be credited as store credit that can be used to purchase a different product or as a credit balance for future purchases.

7. Under no circumstances will refunds be made to the client in cash or by bank transfer. The return is made exclusively as store credit valid for 1 year from the generation of the promotion code.

8. For national orders the cost of partial return will be absorbed by the customer. The exchange includes the pre-paid return shipping fee and the cost of resending. Prepaid shipping does not apply if the original shipping was free (no cost), a discount has been applied or the conditions mentioned above in our policies are not met (in this case Damali will make the decision if an exception is made depending on the case) the customer must pay for the return of the shoe to Damali to the account indicated by mail, sending proof of payment by the same means. The guide is valid for 5 days, if for any reason the shipment is not made within that period the return will be automatically canceled.

9. In the event of a complete return, a bonus of the amount of the product from the original purchase will be granted as store credit. You can purchase a product of greater value than the return coupon and cover the difference using the payment method you select.

10. It is the customer's responsibility to provide their correct information (email, shipping address and telephone number) to avoid errors or misunderstandings between Damali and the customer. If the customer has an error in their shipping address and it is notified after the waybill has been created, the customer is responsible for paying for the new shipping waybill.

11. We reserve the right to make the decision to cancel orders in the event that Damali is unable to fulfill the customer's order and only in these cases can a monetary refund be made to the customer of the total amount paid on their order. If the payment was made by credit/debit card, a notification of the refund will be sent by email to that same account. If the payment was by transfer or deposit, the client must provide their bank details by email to complete the refund process.

12. We are not responsible under any circumstances for lost packages or sent to the wrong address if the error was on the part of the customer.
13. Refunds do not apply to the sale of PRE-ORDER products, due to any delay or failure to read the instructions, the customer accepts the terms and conditions when purchasing on our website. An approximate period of time is stipulated for the delivery of the product, which may be extended without prior notice.
